Data Security

We use 256-bit SSL encryption, secure PCI-compliant payment processors, and restricted database access. We do NOT sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your Rights (CCPA)

California and Texas residents may request deletion of personal data by emailing privacy@greenfreshdumpstersrental.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Service Agreement

By booking a GreenFresh dumpster rental in Dallas-Fort Worth, you accept these terms. Dumpsters may not be overloaded above rim level. Customer is responsible for safe placement and access.

Prohibited Items

The following may NOT be placed in dumpsters: paint, chemicals, tires, batteries, appliances with Freon, medical waste, asbestos, hazardous materials, propane tanks, electronics with CRTs, and contaminated soil.

Pricing & Fees

• All prices include delivery, rental period, pickup, disposal, and recycling
• Weight limits: 10-yard (2 tons), 20-yard (4 tons), 30-yard (6 tons), 40-yard (8 tons)
• Overage weight billed at $75/ton beyond included allowance
• Extensions available at $15/day with 24-hour notice
• Prohibited items removal: $150 flat fee + disposal costs

Delivery & Pickup

We guarantee 2-hour delivery window from booking confirmation. If we're late, rental is FREE—no exceptions. Pickup scheduling available online, by phone, or text. Same-day pickup subject to availability.

Property Protection

We provide rubber mats for driveway protection at no charge. Customer must ensure clear overhead access (14 feet minimum), notify us of underground utilities, and clear area of vehicles and obstacles.

Permits

Private property placement requires no permit. Street placement requires City of Dallas right-of-way permit ($40, processed by GreenFresh). Customer responsible for HOA approvals.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel up to 24 hours before delivery for full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours subject to $50 service fee. No refunds after delivery.

Liability

GreenFresh carries $2M general liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing property damage, underground utility damage (customer must call 811), or damage from improper container usage.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas. We maintain A+ BBB rating and work diligently to resolve concerns promptly.
